The Taj (as it is often called) is generally considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements of Indian and Persian architectures. The Taj has achieved special note because of the romance of its inspiration. While the white domed marble mausoleum is the most familiar part of the monument, the Taj is actually a complex of elements. Whilst we make every effort to confirm game drives by jeep, the numbers are limited and strictly controlled by the Rajasthan Tourism Department and we are therefore unfortunately unable to guarantee this. It is only possible to book game drives 60 days prior to departure and passport details are required at the time of booking.
